What means "Spiritual Covering"?

A spiritual covering is the protection of a spiritual father who becomes a source of food, protection and comfort.

 

 



Why do we need spiritual covering?

 

1-We need a spiritual covering for a principle of authority.
According to Scripture, every individual must live in submission to someone older.

That does not make less. We see the example of Jesus and the Father.

Also the example of Paul's relationship with Jesus, he said:
"Be imitators of me, and I of Christ. I praise you, brothers, because all you remember me, and hold fast the instructions as they delivered them unto you. But I want you to know that Christ is the head of every man, and man is the head of the woman, and God is the head of Christ "

1 Co. 11:1-3.

 

2-To have authority in the spirit.

"I also am a man set under authority, having soldiers under my command, and I say this: Go, go, and the next: come, come, and to my servant do this and do that." Luke 7:8
Men who are not under authority can not exercise authority in the spirit. Just who is under authority, with authority.

 

3-For pastoral care.

There will be times when we need prayer, support, strength and encouragement and affirmation, comfort and shelter, or we need to be heard, ministers, aconsejaos, etc..

 

4-For our own protection doctrine, ministerial and moral

If a moral or doctrinal problem arises, the coverage is responsible to correct and adjust, that protects the spirit of independence leader, sin and the fall.

 

5-For correction and discipline

When a strong voice is need it to make us see our mistakes.
